The online post-master’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program is for highly motivated MSN-prepared nurses educated in the advanced roles of nurse practitioners or nurse executives.
This clinical doctoral program will prepare expert practitioners to meet the needs of the complex healthcare environment, utilizing the highest level of scientific knowledge and practice expertise to assure quality patient outcomes.
Cohorts for the post-MSN Doctor of Nursing (DNP) program are admitted in Fall semesters. Coursework for the program is online with the exception of a two-day intensive prior to the start of the program and synthesis project presentations at the end of the program. There are several courses in the curriculum (residency courses) with practicum requirements.
